We are an innovative company and the Swiss market leader in the field of garden and horticultural fertilizers. We manufacture our products at the headquarters in Suberg-Grossaffoltern, Bern, and in our plants in Ammerbuch (DE), Nuremberg (DE), and Delfzijl (NL).

To strengthen our team at the Suberg plant, we are looking for a

Forklift Operator / Logistician (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Storage and retrieval of goods (pallet and small parts warehouse)
Timely, shipment-ready packaging of customer orders
Preparing deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles
Internal transport between external warehouse and production
Performing final product inspection as well as acceptance/inspection of returns
Active participation in logistics – also in the off-season (team support, order & cleanliness)
Contributing to the continuous optimization of our logistics processes

Seasonal note (shift):

During the first four months of the year, you will support the regulated 2-shift operation (early and late shifts).
Afterwards, you usually work during the day. We plan shifts early and fairly so that private life and work fit well together.

Your profile:

Completed training as a logistician EFZ or EBA and practical experience in logistics
SUVA-recognized forklift license; confident handling of industrial trucks
Routine with IT/warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Team-oriented, reliable, resilient, and proactive
Driver's license category B
Willingness to work 2-shift operation during the first four months of the year
