The SV Group is a leading gastronomy and hotel management group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. The group operates in several business areas: restaurants for companies and schools, hotels with own brands as well as with other renowned brands as franchisee, public restaurants with innovative concepts as well as gastronomic delivery service and catering. The SV Group employs around 5,800 employees, of which 4,000 are in Switzerland.
The SV Group goes back to the non-profit organization "Schweizer Verband Soldatenwohl" founded in 1914. Else Züblin-Spiller established soldiers' lounges nationwide and served balanced and affordable meals there. The idealistic values of the founder are continued today by the SV Foundation. At the restaurant five moods in Zug, our host team with 15 employees spoils around 900 guests daily. The varied, attractive offer consists of daily changing menus, a vegetarian dish, free choice buffet, salad buffet as well as snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a coffee bar and a serviced guest restaurant. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
The restaurant five moods has introduced the "ONE TWO WE" program, which SV Switzerland developed in cooperation with WWF Switzerland for climate-friendly community catering. With this, the company has committed to gradually reducing CO2 emissions. Therefore, the restaurant places great emphasis on seasonal, regional products and an attractive vegetarian cuisine in its offerings.
