colonial goods
Ensure telephone service and customer advice
Handle complex operations combining customer service, sales, or telemarketing.

Successful experience in a similar position (tele-sales with a professional clientele in the hotel and catering sector)
Responsible, dynamic and responsive, with knowledge of the "fruits & vegetables" sector as well as food products in general
Excellent knowledge of computer tools and typing speed Good stress resistance, flexible and with a sense of priorities
Very comfortable with telephone contacts and communication

Willing to work morning, evening, rotating shifts.
