For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Zürich we are looking for a:
Electrical Technician
Your main tasks:
• First point of contact for building users, customers and third parties in office
• Supervising technical maintenances
• Doing small repairs where possible or commissioning and monitoring of repairs
• Ensuring that the building safety documentation and the alarm organization are up-to-date
• Carrying out regular rounds and checking the safety status, including marking of permanent hazards
• Identification of the need for repair, definition and implementation of the necessary measures
• Accompaniment of third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
• Carrying out room inspections after relocations
• Ensuring compliance with building-specific requirements
• Proactive information about all activities in the building to the contract manager
Competence and responsibility:
• Responsibility for ensuring that services are provided within the assigned buildings in terms of customer and service orientation
• Compliance with all necessary guidelines.
• Further tasks/activities result from the area of responsibility.
Your profile:
• Technical training with technical expertise is mandatory for this role
• Worked in a service company with technical tasks.
• Working with order systems and database applications, as well as MS Office
• Able to work in a team, communicative, negotiation skills, customer-oriented, assertiveness
• Communicates openly, is flexible and resilient. Strive for simplicity and clarity.
• Knows the internal organization and its processes.
• Recognizing and understanding business contexts.
• Fluent in German & English is a must

For our growing Facility Management organisation at a Financial Services client in Zürich we are looking for a:
Facility Coordinator
Your main Tasks
• Perform first level repairs, including initial troubleshooting and minor corrective actions before engaging external service pro-viders.
• Handle technical support requests, including the creation of work order numbers and verification of invoices.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance measures on build-ing systems and technical equipment.
• Obtain, evaluate, and verify offers from external service provid-ers.
• Manage and process technical alarms, including fire and burglar alarm systems.
• Plan, organize, and manage internal office relocations.
• Set up and furnish conference and meeting rooms according to business requirements
• Manage visitor passes, access control systems, and parking al-locations.
• Conduct monthly reviews and controls of external provider badges.
• Participate in on-call duties and ensure 24/7 readiness in the event of urgent technical incidents.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective measures are implemented by external cleaning teams and suppliers.
• Oversee inventory, consumables, and warehouse logistics to support efficient facility operations.
Additional Tasks
Regular postal service administration:
• Collection, acceptance, sorting and dispatch of mail items.
• Preparation and franking of outgoing mail.
• Ensuring that mail is forwarded smoothly to the relevant de-partments and floors.
Your profile:
• At least 2-3 years in a similar function
• Fluency in written and spoken German & English, French is an advantage
• Technical Background

• Planning reliability
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
