The Handelszeitung published the ranking of the "Best Employers" for the seventh time. The evaluations were collected between May and July 2024 and included over 200,000 judgments that were incorporated into the ranking.

The Office for Statistics of the Canton of Zurich conducts personnel surveys every two years in institutions for people with disabilities. In 2025, 39 institutions with around 6,850 employees participated. We are very pleased that employees rate the Bühl Foundation as an exceptionally good employer. Aspects such as overall satisfaction, work organization, working conditions, work climate, professionalism, personnel development, and management performance were rated very positively. A high 81% of our employees participated in this survey.
