The Bühl Foundation in Wädenswil is considered one of the best employers in Switzerland according to a representative survey by the "Handelszeitung".

For 155 years, the Bühl Foundation has been committed to children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual or learning disabilities. Thus, the Bühl Foundation has been named one of the best employers nationwide for the third consecutive time in 2023 and 2024. The award is the reward for the consistent and continuous development of the organization and corporate culture. The Handelszeitung published the ranking of the "Best Employers" for the seventh time. The evaluations were collected between May and July 2024 and included over 200,000 judgments that were incorporated into the ranking.

The Office for Statistics of the Canton of Zurich conducts personnel surveys every two years in institutions for people with disabilities. In 2025, 39 institutions with around 6,850 employees participated. We are very pleased that employees rate the Bühl Foundation as an exceptionally good employer. Aspects such as overall satisfaction, work organization, working conditions, work climate, professionalism, personnel development, and management performance were rated very positively. A high 81% of our employees participated in this survey.
