About the job
Your Tasks
You develop and implement measures to ensure and further develop our training quality.
You connect nursing and training quality, thus promoting a holistic view of learning and practice.
You observe trends in vocational and adult education and bring innovative impulses into our educational work.
You contribute to educational strategic concepts and lead educational and innovation projects (e.g., training center) – from collaboration to project responsibility.
You develop structures that support learners with learning difficulties and specifically promote talents.
You help shape the vocational continuing education offer and competently, practically, and appreciatively advise vocational trainers and other professionals.
Your Profile
- Degree at tertiary level in healthcare or social sciences (HF/FH or equivalent)
- Further education in pedagogy/adult education (at least 600 hours)
- Several years of experience in vocational education
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Know-how in quality management and organizational development
- Strategic thinker, strong conceptual skills
- Independent, proactive, structured, and quality-oriented
- Confident appearance and clear communication
- Mindful in handling own resources
- Enjoys adopting and advancing trends in learning and development
