• co-responsible for the entire project portfolio, manage it, and continuously develop it
• prioritize projects, ideas, and risks and evaluate them in line with the strategy
• actively manage and steer the project pipeline in accordance with corporate goals
• ensure comprehensive capacity and resource planning – in close collaboration with line managers
• create portfolio, financial, and progress reports for management and committees
• review business cases and secure sustainable project results through post-calculation
• take on the technical leadership in the area of project portfolio management and operationally represent the department head

• a completed degree in business administration, project management (FH or university)
• several years of experience in project management, ideally in portfolio management and/or in the area of controlling
• professional experience in corporate development and/or in the banking sector
• excellent analytical and conceptual skills and experience in dealing with project management tools
• strong communication and leadership skills and pronounced assertiveness
• the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple topics simultaneously
