Our client is a reputable company in the healthcare sector specializing in outpatient care. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated and competent Health Specialist EFZ.
Your tasks:
- Perform nursing and medical tasks with our patients at home
- Support clients in managing daily life and ensure their well-being
- Collaborate with relatives and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care processes and ensure quality
- Comply with operational, legal, and quality requirements
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in outpatient service is an advantage but not mandatory
- High social competence, empathy, and communication skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Driver's license category B
