The Wildbach Care Center is a large and modern long-term care institution surrounded by a natural park. Here you can get involved together with us for the residents.

Training at Wildbach will advance you professionally, emotionally, and socially. Our care departments and the education team look forward to supporting you on your professional path.

• a diverse and practical training in various departments with humorous teams

• various internal internships in the house - including in activation, the kitchen, and the night watch team
• an external internship with one of our cooperation partners
• regular study meetings with other apprentices and the education team
• individual support and promotion until the qualification procedure
• for questions and concerns, Theo and Manuela, education managers, are at your side

• completed Sek A or Sek B
• good communication skills
• joy in working with elderly people
• team spirit and sense of responsibility
