Field Sales Representative: Member Recruitment 80-100%
Your responsibilities
As a member recruiter in the field, you visit construction sites in the region and empower employees to stand up for their concerns together. You actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labor agreements, and present our attractive benefits for members.
Your qualifications
- Completed training
- Professional experience in sales or in construction/trade is an advantage
- (Swiss) German (at least level B2)
- Another migration language such as Polish or Romanian (native speaker level)
- Identification with the union's goals
- Independent work, reliability, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Driving license category B
