We are looking for a
Clerk Finance 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You independently manage the accounting of several staff restaurants (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting)
- You process and check the monthly financial statements of the individual operations
- You answer customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing
- You support the operations managers in business and financial matters
- You monitor the means of payment and create evaluations with Word, Excel, and SAP
- You actively participate in monthly closings, especially in accruals and plausibility checks
Your profile
- You have completed training in finance and accounting
- You bring several years of experience in the accounting field, ideally in a service company
- You communicate fluently in German and French; English skills are a plus
- You have good MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA
- You work independently, structured, and with a high service orientation
- You are an open, flexible personality with a quick grasp and solution-oriented working style
