In your role as Experienced Specialist for Stabilization and Resolution Planning, you take on a key position: You ensure appropriate crisis planning for insurance groups and large insurance companies (IG/IC) and thus contribute to the stability of our financial center.
- Central contact person for insurance groups (IG) and large insurance companies (IC) on stabilization and resolution planning issues, actively maintaining contact
- Analysis and evaluation of stabilization plans of IG/IC, preparation of FINMA approval decisions and presentation to management committees
- Participation in the further development of resolution plans for IG
- Promotion of international exchange on stabilization and resolution planning with foreign regulators in Crisis Management Groups
- Close cooperation with specialists in your own area as well as with other FINMA business areas, especially insurance supervision
- University degree in business administration, law, or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the financial sector, ideally in the insurance industry, finance, risk management, or auditing
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (C2), additional official language an advantage
