Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue, centrally located at Lucerne train station, stands out with its unique decor and invites you to linger comfortably. The on-site team also handles incoming take-away and delivery orders. Negishi spans two floors and a boulevard area, offering a total of over 80 seats.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Sushi Chef (m/f) 50%

Your diverse tasks:

• You independently prepare delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our exquisite sushi creations, but also dishes from the hot kitchen! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️‍🔥

• Freshness and quality are your top priorities – you ensure everything is in perfect condition! 🦄

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧛‍♂️

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is top-notch 📝✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in sushi preparation – sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🏳️‍🌈

• Your working style is clean, efficient, and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🦄
