Join the GPS Associate Programme, a two-year journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals aiming to build a successful career in Private Banking.
As part of the Wealth Planning (WP) Europe team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced Wealth Planners in advising our clients and their families. You will be responsible for tasks supporting Wealth Planners globally, and more specifically within our Europe team, providing administrative support, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of our client management system, and preparing engaging content for client meetings and prospect pitches.
Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, you will develop the skills, network, and business acumen necessary to transition into a permanent role in WP upon successful completion.

The Global Products & Solutions (GPS) unit plays a central role in shaping client-focused investment strategies, developing innovative financial products, providing expert advisory across all major asset classes and guiding our clients on their wealth planning needs. By aligning global insights with local needs, we empower Relationship Managers with tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs.
WP, a unit of GPS, supports Relationship Managers in acquiring, maintaining, and retaining domestic and international private clients by providing a broad range of WP products and services, including Family Office Services, Philanthropy, Relocation, Retirement, Succession, Taxation and Wealth Overview.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Prepare client meeting decks ensuring they are well-developed, fact-based, engaging and tailored to the clients' needs
- Research on client cases and relevant issues within WP, providing valuable insights to the team
- Ensure complex clients are properly administered and profiles are kept up to date
- Gather and compile data from multiple sources, generate reports, ensure completeness within deadlines
- Participate in client/prospect meetings, when required, in support of Wealth Planners to service private clients of JB Group, including contributing to the overall case management process
- Act as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, manage calendars, organise travel, facilitate meetings and events and screen phone calls, email enquiries and post
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in relevant areas (e.g. consultancy, fiduciary company, law firm, private bank, and/or tax advisor) will be a distinct advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, capable of processing complex information quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a dedication to excellence in client support
- Systematic, precise, and resilient working style – able to deliver quality results under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and related MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently with positive interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter with solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English – any other European language will be advantageous
- For this role based in Zurich (CH), eligibility to work in the country of application throughout the duration of the programme
