Tasks
- People in the geriatric psychiatric setting with psychologically and physically demanding situations are the focus of the work
- With the support of a second reference person, taking over the planning and execution of the nursing process, conducting conversations in crisis situations, and advising relatives. Regular consultation in the core team with the case managers and planning of location meetings with relatives and internal and external specialists
- Milieu therapeutic support of our patients in everyday life and taking over various medical-technical interventions
- Leading nursing therapeutic groups
- Taking over professional and leadership responsibility in shift work as a Nurse HF / Nurse HF
- Apprentices and students in nursing professions as part of your interprofessional team
Profile
- Completed studies as a Nurse HF/FH with professional experience in (geriatric) psychiatry is an advantage
- High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
