- Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FiBu, VAT, annual financial statements)
- Budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling and reporting to management
- Strategic and operational management of human resources (recruitment, personnel development,
- Interface to external partners such as auditors, trustees and authorities
- Advising management on business and labor law issues
- Leading and further developing a small team in the finance & HR area Profile
- Higher business education (e.g. business economist Uni/FH, certified expert
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in an SME from the B2B industrial sector
- Strong social skills, assertiveness and strategic thinking skills
- High IT affinity as well as confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Experience in implementing digitization projects in finance and HR
- Native German speaker, very good English skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of
