To strengthen our team in the Finance and Administration department, we are looking for an experienced personality as Team Leader Financial Accounting.What you achieve
- Personnel and professional leadership of the financial accounting team in the areas of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Ensuring proper and timely management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset, and general ledger accounting
- Co-responsible for compliance with legal requirements and other special regulations to ensure proper accounting
- Collaboration in supporting international subsidiaries in the areas of organization, financial flows, and accounting closings
- Preparation of the respective group documents of the international subsidiaries according to the annual planning of the Securitas Group
- Support in ensuring IT processes and master data SAP in the area of financial accounting
- Ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, certified business economist HF with a focus on finance, or comparable further education
- Native German speaker as well as good language skills in English and French (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of the SAP environment, preferably S4/Hana, and MS Office
- Personal integrity, above-average commitment, and high social skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
