For our location in Coega IDZ, Ggeberha, Country, we have an immediate opening for Shift Superintendent. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you are an integral part of the related team, to further improve the business. *Appointments will be made in line with the Company’s Employment Equity goals and targets
Overview:
The Shift Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing shift operations to ensure efficient production, quality and logistics processes. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing cost-effectiveness while upholding safety and compliance standards.

- Administrative & Reporting Duties
Required qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A Production or Supervisory-related qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
- Good communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Experience in SAP advantageous
