Your Tasks:
- Taking over the tasks and responsibilities as a deputy in the absence of the Nursery Manager
- Active participation in the establishment, opening, and development of the daycare
- Professional leadership of the group
- Guidance of learners and interns
- Implementation of our nature pedagogical and bilingual concept
- Responsibility for the group room and daily routine
- Completion of administrative tasks in the group (keeping and updating the daily reports, observations of children, portfolio, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth communication between the group, parents, and supervisors
- Conducting acclimatization processes
- Conducting location discussions with parents
