Clerk Finance and Administration (60 – 80%)

The zumsy ag offers the population attractive living options in old age with the zumsy Birgli and zumsy Rosenau retirement homes as well as assisted living.

For the beautiful location Birgli in Brienz with its 41 residents and around 60 employees, we are looking for a Clerk Finance and Administration (60 – 80%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Accounts receivable and payable: Independent processing and coding of all incoming and outgoing invoices including dunning
• System entry: Precise recording of creditors, debtors, and delivery notes in the company system
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting
• Collaboration in payroll accounting, preparation of annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER – including key figures, financial reports, and reporting
• You manage the asset accounting
• You review investment and project budgets and support the overall budget
• You collect health insurance and cantonal contributions
• Financial accounting: Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Assistance in optimizing financial processes and support of the management
• Handling telephone and written inquiries (external and internal)

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial basic training
• Advanced training in finance and accounting
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You bring quick comprehension and commitment and enjoy working independently and service-oriented
• You are proficient in using Nexus (advantageous)
• Very good Excel skills
