Why do we need you?
To complete our team, we are looking for our new Medical Assistant for our Radiotherapy Center. In this role, you ensure efficient administrative management by welcoming patients and preparing their files. You perform technical medical tasks or care during radiotherapy treatments, respecting safety and hygiene standards.
What will you be expected to do?
- Welcome patients, receive and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare patient files in their entirety by gathering the necessary documents
- Handle billing and reminders and perform various correspondence
- Perform blood tests and injections
- Provide various care during radiotherapy treatments (wound cleaning, etc.)
- Ensure the restocking of office supplies and medical products
- Clean and disinfect medical carts
Who will you work with?
You will join a team consisting of a secretary, 2 medical assistants, and 14 passionate and enthusiastic technicians and dosimetrists. Innovation and collaboration are at the heart of their approach to achieving their common goals.In this position, you will be supervised by Malika Boutera, Head of Radiology and Radiotherapy Services, who has solid management experience. Her great availability and listening skills facilitate open exchanges and establish a climate of trust. She pays particular attention to the development of each individual and actively encourages collaborative work.The essentials:
- Hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Medical Assistant or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a medical assistant
- Perfect command of French (flawless spelling)
- Comfortable with computer tools (Word, Outlook)
