• As Head of Nursing Department, you take on the professional, personnel, and organizational responsibility for Department 2A, General, Visceral, and Gynecological Surgery, and thus have the opportunity to help shape it
• You lead, challenge, and promote your employees individually as well as participatively and are aware of your role model function
• With foresight, you take on budget responsibility, design efficient processes together with your team, and ensure the educational mandate
• You promote smooth interprofessional collaboration with commitment and passion

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH, have recognized leadership training, or are willing to complete such training
• Strong communication skills, wit, and high social competence are among your strengths, as well as your ability to reach consensus and a strong solution orientation
• Leadership is your passion: you consistently put people at the center while always keeping business management aspects in focus
• You enthusiastically accompany change processes and are able to form people into a team and act integratively
