Your Tasks
- Coordination and organization of all medical and administrative processes in the obesity center
- Interface management between medical service, nursing, nutritional counseling, psychology, administration, and external cooperation partners
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of interdisciplinary case discussions
- Ensuring compliance with all certification-relevant requirements (including DGAV)
- Preparation, support, and follow-up of audits
- Quality management, data collection, evaluation, and reporting
- Central contact person for patients (m/f/d) throughout the entire treatment process
- Active participation in the further development of structures, processes, and care procedures in the center
Your Profile
- Completed DGAV-certified training (mandatory requirement)
- Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)/health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in obesity medicine or bariatric surgery desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident handling of documentation systems, quality, and certification processes
