Head of Procurement 100%
For our Supply Chain Management department, we are looking for
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for strategic and operational procurement as well as the further development of procurement processes
- Planning and management of resources in the procurement area
- Ensuring material supply and implementing optimal procurement strategies for each product group
- Analysis, maintenance and optimization of the supplier portfolio including risk management
- Development and further development of KPIs as well as implementation of procurement controlling
- Negotiating and drafting contracts with external suppliers
Your background
- Completed commercial or technical training with further education in purchasing or supply chain management
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally in an industrial company
- Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as confident appearance towards suppliers
- Analytical thinking and experience in dealing with key figures and controlling tools
- Leadership experience and competence in personnel development
- Good spoken English skills / additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
