Tasks
- Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to guests at reception.
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays.
- Manage bookings and inquiries via email, phone, and portals.
Skills
- Ideally, have training in hospitality, tourism, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English are essential.
- Organizational talent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

- Reception, care and farewell of our guests at the reception
- Personal and written guest communication – before, during and after the stay
- Creating individual offers for direct bookings and smaller groups
- Booking individual and group reservations in our PMS (hotel software)
- Processing booking requests via e-mail, telephone and booking portals (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com)
- Ensuring smooth check-in / check-out including payment processing
- Providing information about our apartments, the destination, activities, gastronomy and sights as well as booking corresponding offers for the guests
- Support and coordination in the area of Guest Relations – including handling guest requests, complaints and special inquiries
- Interface to housekeeping, facility management and other internal departments
- General administrative tasks in the front office area
These requirements you ideally bring
- Ideally a completed training in the field of hospitality, tourism or a similar discipline
- Experience in front office or guest care is an advantage – we also welcome experience in reservations or the care of group bookings.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
- Politeness and a professional appearance
- Organizational talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
