Your tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
- You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
- You take on shift and house responsibility
- You are the contact person for residents, relatives and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
- You support the management and have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of our facility
- You assist in the training of apprentices/students
Your profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in inpatient long-term care is an advantage
- You have good oral and written German skills
- You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
- Completed trainer course is an advantage, or willingness to complete it
