These are the tasks you will take on in your new job:
- You qualify damages to motor and watercraft vehicles and calculate the resulting costs.
- You assess accident-damaged vehicles directly on site or via video recording.
- You determine repair paths and coordinate costs in collaboration with the vehicle repair industry.
- You are in direct contact with customers, injured parties, caseworkers, and the vehicle repair industry and support them with your technical knowledge.
- You assist our team with administrative tasks and advise your colleagues on automotive technical questions.

Your qualifications:
- Basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience in the vehicle repair industry
- Professional certification as an automotive diagnostician
- Further training in the commercial field is desired
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French (spoken) would be a plus
