For our unique dementia living group in the house Unteres Gremm, we are looking for a
Care Assistant AGS or SRK (m/f)
80-100% immediately or by arrangement
In our three living groups, 6 residents with dementia live in each. Together we shape everyday life according to the principle of normality – we cook, eat, and laugh together.
Your tasks
- You accompany the residents individually, resource-oriented, and at eye level
- Whether cooking together, structuring the day, or simply creating a homely atmosphere – your ideas and commitment count with us
- You document care carefully to keep the quality of our support transparent and high-quality
Your profile
- Training as a health and social assistant or further training as a nursing assistant SRK or the desire to attend this
- High social and self-competence as well as an appreciative approach to people
- Very good German skills complete your profile
