CNC Tooling and Presetting Specialist (M/F)

To support the development of one of our clients, we are looking for:

Your technical profile

Certified training in mechanics (production mechanic, multi-skilled mechanic, toolmaker, mechatronics technician or equivalent training).
Carry out the preparation and presetting of tools intended for CNC turning machines according to current standards.
Perfect mastery of CNC machining (milling and turning), cutting tools and plan reading.
Manage the consumables stock optimally to ensure their continuous availability.
Comfortable with management software (ERP, MES); experience with Zoller presetting bench is a major asset.
Collaborate synergistically with team leaders, screw machine operators and support services to provide customised tooling solutions.
Actively engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing technical performance and data management.
