- Operational presence during day and night shifts: receiving and processing orders, stylish plating as well as discreet delivery according to our quality standards
- Deputizing for the Room Service Manager during their absence, as well as supporting the leadership, motivation, and development of the approximately 10-member team
- Ensuring smooth processes, including special requests and feedback, as well as highest service quality
- Close cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for a perfect guest journey
- Support with administrative tasks, ensuring hygiene standards and organization in the background
- Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy or comparable experience in an upscale service environment
- Several years of professional experience in room service or F&B area of a luxury hotel
- Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in accompanying and further developing a team
- Host qualities, discretion, and attention to detail
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
