Team Leader Supervision of Self-Regulatory and Supervisory Organizations (m/f/d)

About the job

You lead a team of about 10 employees and are responsible for the approval and supervision of the self-regulatory and supervisory organizations recognized by FINMA.

• Personnel and professional leadership of the mixed-language team (DE/FR)
• Responsible for the supervision of the self-regulatory and supervisory organizations
• Ensuring flawless and comprehensible documentation of supervisory activities
• Targeted communication with the supervised entities as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Compliance with and further development of internal processes 

• University degree in an economic or legal field at a Swiss university, ideally with further training as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector in the areas of anti-money laundering, financial supervision, compliance, or auditing
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
• You are characterized by a quick grasp as well as high planning and organizational talent
• Fluency in written and oral communication with the supervised entities, as well as pragmatism and persuasiveness, are among your strengths
• Very good German skills (C2) and French skills (C2), as well as good English skills (B2).
