Your Tasks
- Responsible implementation and execution of expert comprehensive care for our guests
- Contact person for caregiving relatives
- Respectful, empathetic interaction with guests with dementia and their relatives
- Implementation, monitoring, and support of employees in planned care processes and documentation considering quality standards
- Conducting care visits
- Active participation in team and case discussions
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Participation in cross-team meetings
- Personnel deployment planning of the team
- Organization of workflows and evaluation of ongoing processes
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in elderly or health care
- Further training to lead a ward
- You recognize the needs of patients and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Teamwork skills, reliability, commitment, flexibility
