Portrait of the School/Institution
Around 300 students attend the Sigriswil schools, located in a beautiful setting above and on Lake Thun. For the Schwanden location, we are looking for a class teacher for the 3rd/4th grade, 22 lessons.
Subjects: All except TTG, sports, and music. There is possibly the option to additionally take on music and sports lessons.

Tasks
- Planning, designing, and conducting lessons in accordance with Curriculum 21
- Promoting the development of our students with differentiated tasks and targeted learning support
- Promoting and assessing learning processes (internal training on this in the coming school year)
- Collaboration with parents and guardians, as well as the class team, school team, and school management
- Organization and setup of the classroom
- Implementation of cross-grade events in the school building
- Further development of teaching within the framework of ongoing training "Rethinking School"

Requirements
You are a trained primary school teacher or in training for it. You enjoy teaching in multi-grade classes and ideally have already gained experience in this. Working in the class team is a benefit for you, and exchange and close collaboration are central to you. You like to contribute to the school team, plan cross-class events, and are willing to further develop your teaching.
