Managing Director of the Caritas-Markt Cooperative 80 - 100 %

Work location: Sempach Station | Start: January 1, 2026 or by agreement

The Caritas-Markt provides people affected by poverty in Switzerland access to food and everyday products at low prices – fresh, diverse, and in solidarity.

Together with delivery partners, foundations, and regional Caritas organizations, we operate 22 locations across the country. For the management of the Caritas-Markt Cooperative, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, empathetic personality with vision.

Your tasks

In this role, you will take on the overall responsibility for strategy, finance, and further development. You will lead a dedicated team of 13 colleagues, develop innovative ideas, and set impulses for an effective and efficient organization. Your heart beats for retail.

You know the mechanisms, bring leadership experience, and have a good sense for social challenges. You are fluent in German and French. As an agile leader with a sense of collaboration, you build sustainable networks and drive new partnerships forward.
