Your Tasks

Strategic brand management and further development of the brand nationally as well as internationally
Development and implementation of the national and international marketing strategy, budget and media planning
Leadership of the marketing team
Coordination and control of all marketing activities in offline and online marketing
Process optimization
Development of individual advertising measures for individual branches

Your Profile

Many years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a medium-sized, internationally positioned and multi-divisional company
Relevant experience in the conception, synchronization and implementation of offline communication measures for further successful brand expansion
Strong conceptual and strategic skills
Technical affinity and very good knowledge of the tools in offline and online marketing
Experience in leading project teams
Experience in prioritizing measures and projects, creating roadmaps, and managing resources based on business KPIs
Fluent German and English skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
