Health Specialist for the Evening Shift Spitex

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the elderly and health centres Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 240 employees is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for you to complement our motivated team.

Your new tasks

• Evening shifts from 17:00 to 22:00
• Independent care and treatment in manageable care situations and participation in assessment
• Support in case management for complex care and active involvement in the care process
• Service recording and care documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC
• Participation in quality improvement
• Training of new employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Strong in medical-technical tasks and supporting the care process in Spitex
• Good organisational and delegating skills
• High level of independence and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as IT skills
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
