Finance Clerk 50 - 80%
Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a successor as
Tasks
- Responsible for creating invoices for employees, residents, and authorities
- Monthly controlling of the residents'/employees' days of stay
- Management of the address database
- Billing and posting of the residential group cash funds
- Trainer for apprentices in own area of responsibility
- General secretarial work and processing of assigned projects
- Assistance with budget and annual closing process
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with professional experience
- IT experience (MS Office, ABACUS is an advantage)
- Experience in supervising apprentices
- High social competence and team player with organizational skills
- Additionally, you are flexible, resilient, and have a high sense of responsibility
