Job Description
- Professional and individual care of patients
- Admission and discharge of patients in the OR department
- Preparation of patients, skin preparation, and proper positioning for surgery
- Proper preparation and operation of necessary devices and materials
- Careful documentation of all nursing activities including performance recording
- Support with organizational and administrative tasks
- Assistance with instrument passing and logistics processes
- No weekend or on-call duty
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training and several years of experience in the OR area are an advantage
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration in the OR area
- High self-management, communication skills
- High level of professional, practical, and social competence
- Reliability, commitment, and resilience
