Polymechanic – Preliminary and Final Inspections
Activities
- You prepare preliminary and final inspections in the factory as well as at customers worldwide and carry them out
- You create NC programs on Siemens 840D / One
- You develop and test process sequences
- You conduct grinding tests and present machines during demonstrations
- You create project-specific documentation and instructions with MS Office
- You train customers in machine operation and programming
- You travel internationally (approx. 20% travel activity)
Requirements
- A completed basic mechanical training
- Extensive experience with CNC machine tools and in machining (grinding knowledge is a plus)
- Very good knowledge of Siemens 840D controls
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of complex contexts
- Experience with MS Office
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
- Independence, teamwork skills, and a professional appearance
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
