Then a versatile role awaits you in our traditional specialized clinic with 34 beds in the most beautiful location on Zurichberg, where respect and appreciation are essential parts of our collaboration. Our service mandates are: acute geriatrics, specialized palliative care, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatric rehabilitation.
Your tasks:
− Economic management of the cafeteria through optimal staff planning and efficient inventory management;
− Active participation in daily business, lunch and dinner service with menu recommendations and order taking;
− General administrative tasks such as daily email processing or order management;
− Coordination and close cooperation with other departments to ensure a first-class patient experience with high service quality;
− Care and advice for patients and visitors to make their stay as pleasant as possible; hotel service for semi-private and private patients in the room or on the loggia;
− Management of the food ordering process and logistics;
− Cafeteria operation in the afternoon;
− Responsible for implementing and complying with occupational safety regulations in the gastronomy area;
− Optimization of operational processes and enforcement of hygiene guidelines;
− Organization of regular training in nutrition and hygiene;
− Participation in specialist supervisor reports.
You bring:
− A completed apprenticeship as a hotel specialist EFZ;
− A high service understanding and a keen eye for detail;
− Leadership experience or enjoyment in organizing and leading a small team;
− Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekend duties;
− High social competence and communication skills in dealing with patients and their relatives;
− Enjoyment in taking responsibility and contributing;
− Team spirit and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations;
− Professional experience in hospitality or healthcare is an advantage;
− Very good German skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
