Initial Situation

Properties under control – people in focus.
For a real estate company established in the Basel region with a mixed portfolio, we are looking for an experienced professional who independently manages rental properties with overview, tact, and organisational talent – solution-oriented, professional, and service-strong.

Tasks

• independent management of an own portfolio of properties
• organising and accompanying apartment inspections and handovers
• recording and monitoring rental contracts, terminations, and changes
• supporting tenants with concerns or questions
• coordinating maintenance and renovation work
• checking and posting invoices and rent adjustments
• close cooperation with accounting and technical administration

Requirements

• completed commercial training
• several years of professional experience in rental property management
• advantage: further training as a property manager with federal diploma
• service-oriented, resilient, and solution-focused personality

MS Office – user knowledge

Languages

German: m+s very good knowledge
English: m+s good knowledge
