Your contribution to our team

Our expertise extends across the analysis, consulting, and implementation of climate-neutral buildings and sites – with a special focus on energy efficiency, renewable energies, and circular economy. As an internationally active specialist, you support clients from real estate development, management, and international organizations in realizing sustainable projects with a focus on circular economy. You enjoy sharing your expertise and develop both digital and in-person learning offerings together with the EBP Academy. In doing so, you not only contribute your expertise but also enrich our continuing education portfolio with innovative approaches and creative ideas. You actively engage, learn new things, take on responsibility, and grow step by step – in an environment where collaboration and mutual appreciation are important.

Your skills

Master's degree (ETH, HSG, University) in a relevant field of study (architecture, engineering, climate).
Interest and motivation for project acquisition for private enterprises and international cooperations.
Natural, convincing demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork and active client contact.
Creative, holistic, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with strong initiative.
Practical experience in the development and conception of projects related to local circular economy and/or in designing continuing education offerings.
Strong desire for challenges and personal as well as professional development.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English. Spanish skills are a plus.
Very good communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
