For the management of our attractive residential properties, which are owned by the company pension fund, we are looking to strengthen the existing team with a property manager with a federal diploma.
Tasks
- Active management and property supervision of our residential properties in Gümligen.
- Oral and written communication with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities.
- Handling of damage cases.
- Preparation of rental contracts and rent adjustments.
- Conducting apartment viewings, handovers, and takeovers including protocols and final accounts.
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements.
- Maintaining the property accounting.

Requirements
- Solid experience in property management, preferably with a federal diploma in property management.
- Several years of professional experience in property management.
