Your area of responsibility
- Technical as well as administrative processing and support of demanding construction projects within the city of Zurich including the surrounding agglomeration in all directions
- Close cooperation with architects, general contractors, and clients
- Developing innovative, technical detailed solutions in construction
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality from planning to final installation

What you bring
- Completed vocational training in a craft or planning profession
- Further training in metal construction, timber construction sector, or as a construction manager
- Professional experience in sun protection/building envelope desirable
- Practical experience with proof of performance in project execution/project management
- Driver's license category B mandatory
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Structured working method, proficient use of digital tools
- Very good organizational skills, healthy assertiveness
- Ability to communicate openly and appropriately in German (m/f)
- Team player with good manners as well as a confident and well-groomed appearance
