Assistant Accommodation Manager (M/F)
Inspiring, motivated, and enthusiastic, as an Assistant Accommodation Manager (M/F), you showcase your leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to maximize the accommodation activity of the establishment and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Customer reception and satisfaction: Ensure an operational presence on the ground
(reception, housekeeping service, coordination) to guarantee a flawless customer experience;
Be a true ambassador of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
-Operational, administrative, commercial management and revenue control:
Contribute to managing accommodation revenue by ensuring consistency
between pricing strategy, commercial policy, and availability management.
-Team supervision and animation: Support the Accommodation Manager in
training and motivating teams.

Your role:
Co-lead and manage all Floor and Accommodation Staff to ensure compliance with the establishment's standards and impeccable in-room service quality
Handle customer concerns, inspect common areas to guarantee a memorable experience for guests
Your experience and skills include:
Essential service quality; management experience is required
Proficiency in Opera software, fols or equivalent
Ability to create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders within the Department
Excellent communication promoting information sharing
Ability to manage a team, share a strong team culture, and encourage performance
