Educator / Childcare Worker / Curative Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time

In our familiar and small Kinderkette Kindergarten e.V., we care for a total of 34 children aged 1 to 6 years.

We are looking for a committed educator, childcare worker, curative social pedagogue who wants to accompany the development of our children with team spirit and empathy. At Kinderkette you will find a harmonious, fun, and creative environment with great emphasis on individual freedom of design, parent work, and a focus on the child.

These are your tasks:

• You plan educational offers as well as creative activities and celebrations together with your team based on our concept and the Bavarian Education and Upbringing Plan.
• You contribute your ideas and actively help shape our educational concept to continuously develop our institution.
• You create a varied and stimulating daily routine in which our children feel comfortable and can develop.
• You work in partnership with your colleagues and the parents; open exchange and appreciative conversations are important to you.
• You carefully and professionally document the development of the children in portfolios and observation sheets and discuss this with the parents.

This is what you bring:

• You have completed pedagogical training, e.g., as an educator or childcare worker (m/f/d) or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
• You treat the children lovingly, patiently, and appreciatively.
• You maintain open and respectful contact with the parents.
• You bring enthusiasm, your own ideas, and personal commitment.
• You are reliable, work independently, and with team spirit.
• You possess intercultural openness and secure communication skills.
• You speak fluent German (at least level C2).
• And very importantly: warmth, humor, and fun in working with children.
