Head of Marketing/Guest Service/Events

for Arosa Lenzerheide (workplace Arosa)

Your tasks:

Together with your team, you are responsible for the continuous development of all marketing and communication activities for the winter season as well as internal and external communication
Organization of events on the mountain
Leadership of subordinate employees including personnel deployment planning as well as trainer for commercial apprentices
Responsible for the efficient use of marketing resources within the marketing budget
Close cooperation within the two cable car companies in Arosa and Lenzerheide as well as with the two local tourism organizations

Your profile:

Proven expertise and further education in marketing & communication
Professional and leadership experience, ideally in tourism
Analytical, solution-oriented, and precise independent working style as well as fluency in written expression
Experience in handling and using digital communication tools
Team player and service-oriented personality with a can-do mentality and passion for winter sports
Willingness to work weekends and evenings
