The St.Gallen municipal utilities (sgsw) are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St.Gallen as well as partly the region in the supply of energy, water, and fiber optics. Due to the smart meter rollout, the municipal energy portal is gaining increasing importance. In this context, customer consulting is also developing into an increasingly sought-after contact point for the residents of the city. This is what you will do:

• You advise customers by phone and provide information about our products and invoices.
• Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence is part of your responsibilities.
• You mutate and maintain all customer data of our customers in the specialist application innosolvenergy.
• You process meter installations, meter removals, meter replacements, and tariff changes.
• After new constructions and renovations, you make personal contact with owners and administrations for technical clarifications and occasionally carry out meter assignments.

This is what you bring:

• You have a commercial education and are proficient with MS Office products.
• You have at least three years of experience in the commercial field.
• Ideally, you have experience with the specialist application innosolvenergy.
• You understand Swiss German; additional language skills (especially French) are an advantage.
• You work efficiently, precisely, and team-oriented. In addition, you appear customer-friendly, are communicative, and convince with confident manners.
• You remain calm and keep an overview even in hectic or demanding situations.
