Our tasks:

• Support in acquisition and formulation of tailored offers
• Submission of innovative solutions and negotiations with customers
• Evaluation of projects and processing of tender documents
• Calculation of offers
• Maintenance of master data as well as analyses and post-calculations
• Together with the division manager, you take responsibility until the contract is awarded

Competencies that distinguish you:

• You are a certified construction manager, master builder, civil engineer FH or have a comparable and adequate education
• You have gained practical experience as a construction manager in both new construction and renovation in a medium to large construction company
• For new construction and renovation, you can apply your solid technical and business understanding and have gained initial experience in calculation
• Communication skills with customers and construction managers on site, negotiation skills and solution-oriented thinking are your strengths
