Global HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled personality as a Global HR Generalist with a focus on HR Business Partnering in Switzerland, who additionally supports selected global HR topics.
Your contribution
In this role, you are the responsible contact person for one of the largest business units in Switzerland as well as an active contributor to global HR initiatives.
Your main tasks include:
HR Business Partnering Switzerland
- Advising and supporting managers throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Responsibility for operational and strategic HR issues within the business unit
- Accompanying organizational changes, talent & performance management, personnel planning
- Support in labor law issues (CH)
Global HR topics
- Participation in international HR projects, workshops, and process harmonization
- Collaboration with global HR teams and local HR representatives worldwide
- Support with global mobility issues and international assignments (without own payroll responsibility)
HR Services & Administration
- Assisting in smooth administrative processes in cooperation with the HR Services team
- Understanding payroll processes, interface coordination with payroll accounting (no execution)
- Participation in the continuous optimization of HR processes and tools
Your skills and talents
- Completed commercial training and HR further education (e.g., HR specialist certificate) or equivalent studies
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in an international organization
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR administration
- Confident handling of HR systems (SAP advantageous)
- High advisory and service orientation, confident appearance, and resilience
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Language skills: German (native) and English (very good)
